SUMMARY:Auction of Promises
DESCRIPTION:It has now been decided to hold the planned Auction of Promises entirely on line\, there will thus be no physical auction in the village hall.\nBy doing so we should be able to reach a much wider audience and raise more funds. We are using a successful internet progrmme for the auction – www.auctionofpromises.com. Please visit this site to view auctions already in progress as well as the information available. \nThe auction is planned to start on Saturday November 1st and will run until Saturday November 14th. So far we have 24 promises but need far more to make the event a success. Please do consider\nwhat Promise or gift you can contribute. Please contact either Graham or Ria Lay to contribute a promise. We will send you a form that must be completed to enable us to enter the promise into the auction. Examples of the Promises made so far include: \n\nRides (3 off) in a classic Morgan car\nWool spinning course\nCat sitting for a weekend\nFramed rugby shirts\nKnife sharpening course for two people\nIndoor air quality assessment\nFood voucher at Eynsham Market\nPiano Lessons\nIntroduction to digital photography\nIntroduction to 3D printing\n\nIf you have any questions and would like to contribute a promise/gift then please contact: grahamlay4@gmail.com or 07460 223048\, rialay57@gmail.com or 07791 560793
