Today we’re launching our ‘In for a tenner’ campaign encouraging everyone in Freeland consider pledging just £10 to own part of the Chapel.
We have had extremely generous support so far with over £125,000 raised in just a month. We still need to raise significantly more…but we also want all local residents to feel part of this initiative.
That’s why you only need one share in Freeland Community Benefit Society to have a share in The Chapel, should we be lucky enough to acquire it, and a vote in its operation. One person, one vote, irrespective of shares owned.
