Freeland Community Hub is legally obliged to ensure that our financial decisions are transparent, fair and secure the best long term outcome for the community of Freeland.
To comply with best practice, we have decided to issue an open invitation to tender (ITT) for the café tenancy. The Yeoman remains our preferred candidate, but they also recognise the importance of engaging in a robust and transparent process.
The ITT can be found here. It will be promoted in the February Grapevine and on the Freeland Facebook group. The deadline for tender applications is Monday 9 February, and shortlisting and interviews will be conducted from 16–27 February.
